Telkom - The worst internet and customer service provider.

Telkom is honestly the worst internet service provider in South Africa. Their customer service department is pathetic. My internet has been off for 3 days. They logged a fault for the technician to come out, I said do it with urgency as I work from home and need the internet. Nobody has come, so clearly they don't care or they didn't mark it as urgent. I regret the day I signed up for a contract. Paying R800 a month and I get the worst service. Would not recommend to anyone
