TELKOM - The worst ever service provider

I have had bad services with telkom interactions, but this has to be the worst ever service i have ever received from them, and any other provider for that matter.

I have been trying to cancel a mobile contract since the 29 August, and all i get from telkom call centre agents is empty promises, lies, more lies and rude interactions. Two months later, contract still has not been cancelled and no one has ever given me a call to advise of status, despite phone calls, emails and even visiting telkom branches.
