Telkom, the worst ever!!!!!!

<p>End of November 2016 I decided to stop paying telkom for my ADSL due to slow speeds and no connections for about 18 months. They then said I Had to pay as I was under contract.I then paid all so called outstanding money and pleaded with them to fix my line. I moved house January and booked for the line to be moved. Since December no one has come to fix my line at the old house and no one has come to move my line to the new house. I now see That I'm in arears with telkom again. It seems that I pay for a contract with or without the service. Not one phone call, sms or email to me in 3 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I stop next to the road and speak to the OPEN SERVE tecnicians they all have the same answer. The technicians are sent to the large shopping malls and upmarket areas to keep them running.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thats the way it is for normal working class I supose, keep paying but dont expect nothing. Well done SA coverment for running another company into the ground.</p>
