telkom the worst dishonest service provider

they are terrible service provider,i noticed that they are using fibre to send signal to LTE service.Also i have trying to cancell my service for the past week and the site is not allowing me to.this is a tactic to delay my cancellation so they can get another month out of me.these guys are dishonest.
