TELKOM - The worst company on the planet !!!

My mother, who is 89 and has not clue about new technology, had her fixed copper landline taken away and subsequently replaced by a SIM card based digital phone. Firstly neither phone or SIM arrived simultaneously. She was without communication for weeks. Once that was sorted anyone calling can hear her but not the other way around. In the event of an emergency she is at severe risk of not being able to call for help. This is her only source of communication. Not living near her this is the only means I ave of communicating with her or as it is presently not communicating with her. After 3 separate incidents logged - all of which fruitless and automatically closed via SMS as "Resolved". The matter is still NOT resolved. Telkom - you have proven once again that you are USELESS. You don't care about your customers or their well being. ZERO ownership. An organisation filled with incompetence that leaches away at the very tax payer forced to spend their money and waste their time on you.
