Telkom the worst company in the world

Hi My mother passed on in April 2018 My father didn’t need the internet and all the phone lines , so I canceled them all expect one to keep on Incase he needs to comtact us , we cancled this allmin May 2018 with the website cancelation section and we did it at Telkom , it’s now October they haven’t canceled and they have been charging us and now they have disconnected even the phone line that we needed for emergencies , these guys are absolute monsters, my father is over 80 and I have been to Telkom store to complain and and have phoned and emailed , no one cares , the woman at the store said it Should have been canceled , ye right
