TELKOM THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

The worst company ever to take a contract out with i am with them for 3 months and not one person can actually assist me with any of my queries at all. I called the call centre a number of times they transfer me from one end to the other and then the line goes dead. i call back and ask for management they put me on hold then drop the call. i completed a cancellation form over the internet and till today no one has contacted to ask why. I ask them to send me to a relevant department i get told that they are not able to transfer the call i will have to call using my cell number!!!!!!!!! it is frustrating to deal with *********** staff members and it is damn annoying when you cannot get a simple 2 sec query resolved.

I probably still would not get this query resolved as no one would call me back but i urge that no one should ever take out a contract with telkom even if they were the last network on earth.
