TELKOM THE WORST COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER

The Telkom services of my business have been interrupted more than 7 times in the past year ( technical problems) and three times the outages were for more than 3 weeks at a time. That has affected my business with customers not able to call in and transact. At a huge additional cost the business had to rely on mobile services buying extra airtime and data to be able to trade. To top it the Telkom account still has to be paid. It is high time that a new fixed line operator steps into the market and kick out Telkom. The turn around time for technical response are 1-2 weeks and the call centre keeps one holding on for anything between 10 - 30 minutes. Unacceptable and very poor service provider.
