Telkom the worst

Telkom is the worst company to have a contract with.I had taken a contract for 80g data a month for R369.When I am not able to pay my monthly bill (lost income-due to covid)they keep on charging me R202(debit order rejection fee apparently) plus R369.They do this every month adding R202 every month to R369.They refuse to accept what I can afford ,they only want repayment on there terms.Terrible
