Telkom the worst business in the world!

On a month to month contract, i cancelled the contract online, uploaded all the relevant documents. Checked at the end of the month to see if the data had been reloaded and of course it hadn't. Went into 2 different Telkom stores and no one could assist me with my cancellation query. Finally i get a mail back today saying cancellation website is down, once again making their problems mine. How are you supposed to cancel a contract if the stores cant help you and the online portal does not work. PULLING HAIR OUT!!!!
