Telkom - the worst

I would not reccomend anyone to use the Telkom provider service. There is no customer service and they do not give you an opportunity to lay your complaint - instead the phone gets put don in your ear. I paid my overdue amount and was told the suspension would be lifted in 5-24 hrs - nothing happened. my account still being debited and for what? no service and not even a slight bit of assistance to find out why my suspension was not lifted. Terrible company! Terrible workers!
