Telkom ! The worst !

Telkom never updates payments received. They don't debit my account for months on end then decide to debit everything at once. When it's time to cancel a contract, that too is so hard to do. I don't understand what people there get paid to do ??? Nobody calls back, there's no customer service email address, nothing. How do you run a company with such pathetic service ??? I am most definitely not a happy customer !
