Telkom the worst

The absolute worst. Trying to get my internet sorted before lockdown and it's only been going downhill. Calling their call center is a waste of time and money because the consultants just disconnect you once you start talking, that is after you waited about 10 minutes to speak to one. My daughter is an online teacher and this is directly effecting our income. I'm just so despondent and at wits end. I would not recommend Telkom to my worst enemy
