Telkom the worse to deal with!!!

Hi my wife has been trying to cancel her contract which has been paid over a year ago and we are still being billed for it apparantely for a sim card we dont even use anymore now they even threaten to send us summons we have been instore and made several calls to telkom accounts departments to which is of no help as they say they will close the account but nothing is being done to this date telkom dont be a bunch of ****** and please rectify this problem immediately thank you
