Telkom the worse Telco Service provider
Telkom renders the worse service. My experience with Telkom over the past few days has been a nightmare.
First i went into Telkom at the Shelley Beach Center in South Coast to get the outstanding amount on my account of which they advised me it is R1500. I made payment just top get disconnected on Saturday 4 November. I than contacted Telkom which they advised me there is a R125 outstanding on my account which i than paid as well. I than contacted Telkom again on the 6 November to request my services be activated and they advised me that a request has been submitted their credit control department in order to reconnect the service. Once again I contacted Telkom on the 7 November of which the first lady told me there is R1045 outstanding on my account and that there is no payment for R150 reflecting on the account, When explaining to Nontsikilele Maseko that her colleague confirmed that the payment was reflecting on the 6 November she placed me on hold came back. I than requested to speak to a manager of which than refused to put me through to the manager. She again paced me on hold and came back and still refused. On the third time requesting for a manager she put me through to Telkom survey at the end of the call. I than called in again and spoke to Xolisa Mlambo (Xoliso) explained everything again and she advised me that i need to wait 48 hour before the service is restored and she advised me that the agent that assisted me on the 6 November did not log the request in order to activate the service. I again request can i please speak to a Manager and she also refused, i than requested for the managers name and surname of which she advised me he is in a meeting and cant speak to me. I requested again and she provided the Managers name and surname as Mosilo Mohale and the email address provided is *** when emailing i received a returned mail stating address not found.
