Telkom the worse service provider

I have previously posted a compaint about my mom's telkom account and asked that the data line be cancelled on numerous occations to no avail. The account number is ********** 13. Some Hazel lady from Telkom social media responded to sday that Telkom will be in toufh on 21 May. No call what so ever.

I have lots of acalls for Telkom Mobile to uopgarde my cellphone contract, seems its the only deprtment in the whole of telkom to be working.
