TELKOM the worse service.

Telkom is the worse service ever. They dont care about their customers. We been having internet connectivity problems. It's really frustrating.I can't wait to cancel my telkom contract in the next up coming year. Telkom call agents are useless, technicians never show up, or when they do they do not even know anything about the problem and some even charge a fee for coming out. It's unacceptable. I won't recommend anyone to have have a telkom service account. Telkom promises a speed up to 1200mbps yet we get a speed below 200mbps. It's a total *******.
