Telkom, the wheels are coming off.

Two days ago I needed to buy additional data. This should have been be a very simple exercise, I normally use the Telkom App on my cellular phone and make the payment. However, to my dismay the App malfunctioned ! In the end the App could not allocate an account to my name. Then I tried the call Centre. The call Centre could not assist me in any possible way, also being unable to connect me to any account number. The last option was to go to the nearest Telkom Sales office and stand in the line until an operator could assist. With a printed account statement in my hand, the operator could locate my account and tried to help me. Low and behold, none of the credit card machines were operational !!! I had some cash that I tendered, and since there are no cash registers, he returned the change form his pocket ! Forgive me for thinking that the wheels are coming off !!!
