Telkom, the useless telecommunication company

My landline has been out of order for 3 days now, I've been trying to log a fault, but every time I do I get a message that my request to log a fault has failed, then it shows the customer care number. HOW THE F### DO THEY EXPECT ME TO CALL THEM? It'll cost a small fortune to from my cellphone because the bas##### keep you on hold until doomsday! When you try to chat with an agent in the telkom app, they don't even give you enough time to respond and then they leave the chat.All I want is for my landline, which I pay for, to work so I can use my internet
