Telkom, the useless ghost.

Here we go again Telkom, unhelpful agents and an even worse website. Why do you provide online offers and then not train your agents on how to assist customers? I have been trying my hardest to get hold of Telkom to assist me and when I get hold of an agent, they refer me to the online system. When I go online the system is unresponsive, I tried communicating via email, twitter and facebook and no such luck...has Telkom disappeared and told no one?
