Telkom the useless
<p> Does anyone at Telkom actually know what their calls cost? Every time I speak to someone the charge is different. One call to the UK lasting 31 minutes cost R2627.27. Apparently it went up from 53c to R84 per minute.....is this even legal? If it is, its certainly not ethical. Plus, on speaking to numerous call centre agents, including "team leaders" I got quotes R4.46, R28, R32 for calls to the same number?????</p>
