Telkom - the unpleasantness continues

<p>Instead of making life easier for everyone all Telkom does is make life so unpleasant and waste everyone's time. So thanks to the ***********, unresponsive staff who don't do their jobs properly, I still won't have my phone back by my birthday. And it will still remain in the same condition - not repaired. So thank you.</p> <p>Thank you to the worst service provider in SA. Seriously thank you. Take our money and run why don't you. And then they win some fancy aware for what? Pathetic customer service, staff clearly requiring training and a company filled with robots who just feed lies.</p> <p>Everyone else... Save yourselves the the hassle. Never make such a bad choice.</p> <p>All I want is for someone to call me or email me with updates. Is that so had to do? No. No!!!!!!!!!</p>
