Telkom the unavailable and unresponsive service for the invisible

Telkom is in breach of contract as they fail to provide wifi service in line with the contract. For more than one year there is no wifi and when payment is not received they promise to correct once payment is reflected but never does. Correspondence from one year ago in this regard was never responded to. For months and months this is what happened until we started returning their debit orders. They referred account to Nudebt and there you must talk to a machine with no name that does not take accountability. Telkom has no service what so ever. They are not responsive and only want to take money. Numerous attempt to cancel the contract was taken but nobody respond. This causes financial cost as other data options must be paid for.
