Telkom the tuckshop

The worse company to have a contract with. I cause tell me why I have had my data contract with them for the past year. My payment date is the 1st of every month I pay every month on the 25th but this month they disconnected my wifi stating I didn't make and when I call all of a sudden I need to pay R300 more to have it reconnected. Which doesnt make since because I have never had this problem before and now they sent me a text to tell me that they will send me a summons. At this point Telkom is a tuckshop and the tuckshop owner is a my friend that doesn't understand what we are saying it's the worse company I wish I had known before taking this wifi out. Mind you I have never missed a payment. The only payment that is due now is the one for September. Nonsense company
