Telkom the *****

In May 2019 I order a Huawei P30 lite from Telkom and in the process i was also offered a pocket router. On 22 May 2019 a router was delivered but not the phone. I called them immediately and reported. I was told i didnt qualify for the cellphone. I then told them to come and collect the pocket router and i was given a time frame of 7 days for collection. The pocket router was only collected in July 2019 after i made several calls to them. I have never used their device and never even opened it. Telkom keeps debiting my account for a pocket router that is in their possession. I am paying for nothing. Telkom is a *****. You pay for services rendered or goods given but i am paying for either
