Telkom the the worst company ever

Worst service i have ever received. I asked them to cancel my services both for my landline and adsl back in june. They were supposed to refund me about R3000 they owed me, I still cant believe that they have not yet fully cancelled the services and they keep billing me for services i am not using. I have called them 16 times and have been give more than 8 case numbers which mean nothing if this is not fixed. They told me a supervisor was going to call me on Friday..... no one called. Today i called and spoke to a lady and she put me on hold for 30 mins until the phone cut. This is ridiculous, this company is a joke. I need my refund now. Do i have to spend airtime worth R3000 to get my refund????????
