Telkom the Terrible

I took out a WIFI LTE contract with Telkom a few days ago, firstly they have provided me with the incorrect package which according to them I can now only upgrade after 3 months, they couriered the incorrect router which did not come with the antennas that has to be *****ed on, the network signal is weak due to not having the antennas, I have been calling them everyday and the response from the agent is always that they are escalating the case.
