Telkom - the slowest wifi internet

I have the 30gig double data wifi package, and once again the wifi is running at such a low speed I might as well be running GPRS. It has been like this for a week now (Current upload speed 1.9mbps / download speed 1.56mbps. Don't bother trying to phone them as you will be kept on the phone till your phone call bill overtakes your wifi bill. You can also try their "non functioning" chat on their website to log a complaint, but wait there is more ,they are running a promotion again for wifi on the already over exhausted signal.
