Telkom - The service provider that provides no service

So I've been struggling since mid May to get my internet fixed. It is now the start of September, meaning more than 3 months have passed and Telkom has yet to even attempt to fix it. I have made countless calls, and reported faults countless times online (Using my Vodacom mobile data, as Telkom internet is too slow to even do simple tasks or complete speed tests.)

I received a message from Telkom a few days ago, saying that my case is still under investigation. Telkom must be filled with drunks who don't know anything about their jobs. How is it possible to investigate a case for longer that 3 months.

They are clearly not doing anything, they clearly don't care about their customers and they clearly have no intention on providing any form of service. They only intend on taking your money. (They take your money, and don't provide any service.)
