Telkom - The service provider that PROVIDES NO SERVICE

My household has a Telkom LTE contract. In the last 3 months, my internet speeds have hit the gutter and has become next to impossible to use. at times the internet is so slow that a speed test can't even be completed.

I have contacted Telkom countless times over the past three months, and they always end off saying that a case has been logged and feedback will follow. My internet is still no better, and absolutely no feedback has been given till this day, and it seems Telkom does not want to help their clients.

Telkom will today and forever be known as the the service provider that provides no service. If I could rate them with 0-stars I would, as one would need to deliver some sort of service to earn that.
