Telkom. The service is good as it's staff

My EFT did not reflect, after several calls and transfers to different departments, I luckily managed to speak to Mr Mikhaylin Chetty. In my years of dealing with Telkom Customer care, I have never interacted with a gentleman who was so polite, patient and helpful. Being accustomed to the robotic responses from the customer Care staff, he really touched my heart. I was deeply moved by the sincerity and helpfulness of Mr Chetty. I applaud his compassion. He resolved my problem within an hour. Telkom needs more employees like him to ensure a better customer relations. Thanks Mikhaylin Chetty from the accounts department at Telkom.
