Telkom the ****s and disgrace network

I've been with telkom for a very long time my entire house has telkom sim cards for there mobile phones and we even had out wifi with them. They kept on deducting double the amount each month and everytime we tried to find out why they kept coming with a different situation.. Eventually we canceled because we all got infected with covid-19 and no one could afford the bills because we couldn't go to work. Telkom is charging us a cancelation fee of R807 ontop of our premium and a rooter which we had for 3 years.. They have no relieve fund or any remorse for what we are going thru as a country. They a big disgrace.
