TELKOM THE *******!!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom is so pathetic. I have been dealing with a case for almost a month and a half now. I ordered a 5GB wireless at R249 online. When my router was delivered i decided to call and inform that all was received then requested for my contract/ or confiramtion. To my suprise they had loaded an incorrect deal which was for R899. I immmediately called them, but with being sent from pillar to post and agents seeing my original request all were confriming that an incorrect deal has been loaded indeed. Till today it has not been rectified, i have been billed for September with the incorrect deal which was loaded by one of their agent and i do have the name of the agent as per the proof i received in one of the stores. I have trails of e-mails asking for this to be rectified for a month and half now. Everyone i speak to says that it's curerntly being rectified till this day. It is a horrible network and are definately not for the client. They just want to gain from you.
