Telkom the ****

Looks like Telkom is untouchable! ive read reviews here and i see there is no response. I have a contract with them for wifi which gets depleted in a second. Ive called to downgrade as i could not afford it anymore and since i was told i cannot cancel until september. A week after that call they debited my account with R900 which is triple what i was paying. I tried to find a reason and get a way for them to reverse this but i was taken from pillar to post and up to now they are still taking money ignoring the downgrade i app**** for. I hope one day Telkom will listen to its customers, it is the worst **** on earth ive ever seen and they just keep in doing it.....
