Telkom the same as Vodacom

I have done an online application on the telkom website for the iPhone 13 Pro sierra blue.

The consultant has phoned me and we have gone through the application process. Took all the details and all good and well.

I have since called to find out when i will receive the order.

Today i have phoned telkom numerous times, trying to figure out when this will be sent. I have been given numbers for sell direct and for mondo.i have phoned them and they have advised me that they don't have any answers from them.

I have phoned again and the consultant, penelope, whom was arrogant and rude. I have asked them if they can advise me when this will be sorted.

I need some answers because this is despicable. I have gone through the same with Vodacom and i don't want go through this again.

Please sort this out!
