Telkom the ripoff artists

I have been trying to cancel my WiFi from Telkom since last year when my husband lost his job first it always the account is to young now with Covid no money coming in but Telkom wants their money I’ve paid up in full now get an account saying I owe over R1900.00 can’t handle this anymore people Telkom don’t care for you at all they say I must go on to their site Telkom.co.za to cancel the contract guess what no place at all to do this so I’ve really had it rather go get WiFi and telecoms from anyone else Telkom is a ******* and I’ve been with them for more than 30 years
