TELKOM - THE PITS

At the beginning of 2017 a very smart technician managed to muddle up all the lines in our area and we all had cross lines - It was our entire area! Since then I have constantly been complaining about a crossline. Technician after technician would come out and I would say that they don't know what the hell they are doing. I have emailed, repeatidly phoned and messaged on fb! Nothing! Now I cannot even use my landline because the sound is so bad. My internet drops countless times during the day and I am paying for a 4meg line that I do not get! Their latest excuse is that it is an underground cable! Funny that coz I have two other lines on the same property which are perfectly fine! I have explained that when I can use my phone I hear the old dial up sound. All I ask is that my service is restored. Nearly a year! Wow!
