Telkom - the pain in my existence

I have had endless issues with this company. It's not user / customer friendly, it puts processes in place to make it impossible to cancel a contract due to the lack of service I have received from them. Which according to me goes against the consumers act, which I have highlighted to my lawyer. Their call centre agents are useless and their store clerks are rude. I really have expected a much different outcome from this huge organisation. I am highly upset and will be taking legal action soon.
