Telkom the notorious **********!!!!!!!!!

Telkom added an additional contract to my account and extended it by a year from my original contract end date and then deleted my contract which I originally took out (which I have proof of but they can't find on their system) and all this without my permission. They then added a judgement on my name for non-payment after I cancelled the contract which I originally took out and stopped paying what I agreed to because it was cancelled. I went to the bank yesterday to apply for a bond and can't get any credit because Telkom has now removed the judgement but still have me on ITC for an amount which is overdue on my account though I paid it 2 months ago in hopes that I would be removed from ITC. This despite paying in the full amount of the arears for a contract which I did not agree to because I knew I was going to apply for a bond soon and didn't want (a wrongfully added judgement against my name) to hinder my chances of being approved.

We are at wit's end and really needs help, an apology in writing, my name cleared on ITC AND A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!
