TELKOM - THE NGHTMARE THAT KEEPS GIVING

I am deeply disappointed that a complaint which was resolved years ago is back to haunt me. I do not owe Telkom a cent. Not one. In fact, Telkom continued to debit my account after I had cancelled my account. I had to complain to ICASA to get a resolution, and now, here we are again. I am being hounded by people from your call centre, threatening to blacklist me. FOR WHAT? I owe you nothing. In fact, you inconvenienced ME when I had to cancel your debit earlier this year, and I got charged for YOUR ERROR!!! I have HAD IT. Please stop harassing me. PLEASE. LEAVE ME ALONE.
