Telkom is the most useless technology entity. They frustrate customers by collecting their money and fail honour they side of the bargain by leaving the line suspended. Despite many phone calls and promises that the line will be reconnected, 4 days later we are still without internet. There is no follow up track record when you call. calls are picked up up to 40 minutes of holding the line and then get cut off. If you are lucky, you will be **** to and told that everything is working. No references are given.
