Telkom the most useless service provider ever

As a clinic which relies on our telephone the service from telkom is shocking. All you get is an automated sms saying we will try solve you problem in 5 days which has nt happened either. You can phone faults till you are blue in the face but just end up with a disinterested telkom employee. Cant wait to move to voip service.
