Telkom - the most useless organisation !!!

I have received an invoice from Telkom every month after I had terminated my telephone service in November last year (in writing). In the mean time, the bill accumulated almost R 5000.-.

After many many e-mails and almost 1 year later of complaining every month Telkom has reviewed this issue and I have now received a final statement - I have a credit of R379.- !!!!!!

I have now requested to get the refund paid into my account,

Telkom came back to me asking me again for my telphone number (my reference number and the final statement was attached to the mail!).

Have given them again my telephone number, now they say they need to wait for the final statement before the can pass the credit (that was also attached to my previous mail).

I have now e-mailed them the statement again - but the mail is bouncing back saying that their mailbox is full and can no longer accept any mail !!!!!!!!

Just unbelievable.
