Telkom - the most useless company in SA ??

<p>Telkom -- I have a wireless rooter from Telkom, I now need to upgrade.</p> <p>3 calls - 33 minutes, 15 minutes and 31 minutes - I have spoken to 14 people, dial 081180 then follow the prompts which takes you to 10213, which is then personal accounts, back to 10217, which is supposed to be Business, put on hold - put on hold. Everytime I get to a person to speak to, they don't have the "system" to help, then I get transferred again, holding for ever.</p> <p>Absolutely ridiculous - If you question anybody about the poor service - they put you on hold</p>
