TELKOM, THE MOST USELESS BUSINESS IN THE COUNTRY

I would never recommend using Telkom to anybody. When we signed up with Telkom we where promised the best service. We have never received what we where promised. We have to call the call centre every week to optimize our line because it is intermittent. We never have a week that goes by without us having to call in. They promise that someone will be out to check and NOBODY ever does. And then they close your fault and say the problem is restored before even asking you if the problem is sorted. I was even insulted by one of the consultants and I reported them and nothing was done about it. If I could rate Telkom a ZERO I would. They have PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USELESS SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!! As soon as my contract ends they will not see me again!!!!!!!!
