Telkom the most ********* company in the world, they are steeling from us!

<p>i have been trying to cancel my data package with Telkom for the last 4 monhts. I have conacted them in Aug to cancel my contract as i am out of the agreed contract term. i completed the documents send it throught to them and even receiveda mail to say they received it. The last debit order went off and i believed all was done. The next month i got a bill of R99, no one could tell me what it was for, i contacted them and operator confirmed they had received the cancelation request he would log a case for me and get back to me. Nothing happend, the next month again, R99pm. Phoned again the operator confirmed the cancelation request went to the wrong que. If this is the case why am i being billed? i didnt sned it to the wrong que? They logged another case for me. This month i got a bill for R249.00!!!!! o my word, when will they stop steeling my money. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PACKAGE, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.... i dont know what i need to do to get them to cancel this!!!!!!!!</p>
