Telkom, the most terrible customer service and billing. 3months later, my case is still hanging

I'm so disappointed by the way Telkom is handling my ***** case. Around September 2018 i took a cellphone contract for R399.00 for an IPhone 6+S, all was fine for few weeks until i received an invoice with 3additional numbers that i do not know and the invoice indicated I'm in arrears of R1300. i immediately went to their Woodlands mall to query the invoice and was advised to do an affidavit at police station. i then forwarded the affidavit together with the copy of signed contract to Telkom customer service.

A ***** case was opened with case number ********** 6. Ever since October i have been calling Telkom on weekly basis and also emails and twitter (DMs) but no feedback or resolution to my case. My phone is suspended and cant make any calls or use data because of their own mistakes. One consultant told me they combined accounts of two different clients under my profile hence i have the 3 additional numbers on my bill and was promised their billing department will sort it out soon. its been three months of no joy. Telkom has the audacity to threaten me, they now want to refer me to the attorneys/debt collection as my account is in arrears caused by those additional lines that i do not know. And for the record, my R399 instalment goes through smoothly on monthly basis as it is the amount i have signed up for.

The line in question is ********** 275. The arrears keeps on increasing monthly but Telkom is not resolving my matter. Their Customer Care agents are the most useless people as they keep on promising things they cant deliver. I exhausted all their internal channels but they not helpful, Twitter, Calls and Emails.

To even think I've been recommending Telkom to my family, friends and colleagues, now I'm left with a rotten egg on my face. I advise anyone out there who thinks of joining Telkom to think again, they are useless.
