Telkom the most pathetic company ever!

Telkom is the most **** Company I have ever came across. I have only received terrible service from them. My line was disconnected on 24/07/2018. I made a payment that same day via credit card on there website via the My Telkom. Apparently they can not pick up the payment now. After numerous calls and emails where I have send the proof of payment , my line is still blocked. They logged a query and will unblock the line once they picked up the payment. Heven knows how long that can take. Why do we have to suffer for Telkom's incompetence. In the meantime it is month end. We need Internet, payments need to be done, ect and Telkom is just not performing. I am so sick and tired of there incompetence. By far the most pathetic company I ever dealt with.
