telkom the most pathetic company ever!!!!

<p>About a month or so ago, our telephone lines stopped working as well as our Internet, we have a contract with mweb and it uses telkom for line rental purposes, Since our line and Internet has been down, I have been trying to contact telkom via phoning,that which was an utter waste because they take forever to answer, I tried their sms option(no sucess there whatso ever) I tried logging it on a website(no sucess). Eventually when when got a hold of them they said it's been escalated and will be attending to during the week, they still haven't sent anybody to sort it out. It is clear they don't plan on sorting it out in December 2016 but I am willing to put money on it that they should by the next millenium or the one after that. If I had to miss a payment, I'm sure they would address the matter with great speed but when it comes to fixing their technical issues they really to vision a sports car on a highway and move something similar to that speed, it will be great for their company and their clients. I don't want an automatic computer generated response, I want telkom to get off their butts and sort out this issue immediately as in today. </p>
