Telkom the most pathetic company and a excuse to the Tech World - THEFT!!!

I dont believe a rating of 1 star is even low enough for this company. Again I have experienced how Telkom *****S your money!!!! as part of my HomeUnlimited package - I get a LIT box included....2 months down the line - They billed me for it and took R1100 from me??? Now I contacted the billing department who advised me that they logged a dispute for me ...but it will take 7-14 days???? Are you serious?? Why is this becoming my problem if you stole my money....without authority....My contract is R600 a month....this month they debited R1700!!!!!!! I didnt even get any reference to the dispute being logged although I was advised a dispute was logged....when I asked for a copy of the chat - they couldnt give it as its aparently not available ( this is bull****!!!) You are pathetic and a excuse to the technology world!!! I need my money back NOW!!!
